A Decade of BEST: 10TH Anniversary Celebrations In Our Schools As part of our continuing 10th anniversary celebrations, BEST gifted a silver birch tree to each of our schools and nurseries. Students and staff from each school enjoyed planting the trees during the Summer term. They were joined by governors and members of the BEST leadership team, including the CEO, Dr Alan Lee, and the Chair of Trustees, Ilona Bond. Our aim is to grow the BEST in everyone. We always put children first and nurture talent through our high and aligned autonomy, high accountability approach. The planting of the same tree reflects the shared symbol of growth, while allowing each setting the space to nurture its own tree. 7
