The BEST Education Services and School Improvement Team is at the heart of all our work with schools.

With a focus on engaging with schools to improve the educational experience for learners, the team has a proven track record for accelerating pupil progress.

There is also an CPD offering, with BEST appointed to deliver the new Early Career Framework and NPQs in the area this academic year.

Led by our Director of Education Alison Wilshaw, the team consists of highly-qualified and dedicated professionals who are specialists in their areas.

We work collaboratively with our schools to maximise impact in the classroom. The support is always tailored to the specific needs of each setting.

We also work with other schools in the area that are outside of BEST, to share our expertise. Our partnership is a large one, and we work to deliver educational services to nearly 150 schools.
