The appointment marks a significant milestone in the development of the school, as Mrs Neely-Hayes will lead the school towards opening as a fully integrated all-through provision by September 2026, offering a seamless educational journey to students in Bedford from Reception to Year 11. The move will create clearer pathways, stronger collaboration and greater consistency for families with children across different age groups.

Mrs Neely-Hayes joins at a pivotal moment and brings with her extensive leadership experience, a strong track record of school improvement, and a deep commitment to ensuring every child thrives both academically and personally.
