For Staff
We are offering all BEST staff the opportunity to attend a brand new 5-session online mini-course and a series of one-off wellbeing workshops.

Past participants have described:
-
Feeling calmer and more relaxed
-
Navigating workplace challenges effectively and managing stress and anxiety
-
Being kinder to themselves and more connected with family and students
-
Living life more intentionally and less reactively
