BEST Wellbeing Week 2026

BEST celebrated World Wellbeing Week by inviting all of its schools to take part in 5 days of wellbeing activities, from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th June. Our students, staff and parents were all encouraged to get involved!
We followed the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ model: Notice, Be Active, Keep Learning, Connect and Give.
Our BEST Wellbeing Week programmes:

Primary students followed a series of daily activities using their Wellbeing Week Booklet. Simply choosing one activity each day and colouring in the star once completed! Parents could join in too!

Secondary students discussed the daily themes and their chosen wellbeing activities in class – find the resource here to access the themes and activities.
Staff
Are staff were involved in wellbeing week too! Each of our schools were running their own individual staff wellbeing programmes throughout the week, with a huge variety of activities and events to help support and promote staff wellbeing.
