BEST Wellbeing Week June 2026

BEST is celebrating World Wellbeing Week by inviting all of its schools to take part in 5 days of wellbeing activities, from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th June. Our students, staff and parents are all encouraged to get involved!

We will be following the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ model: Notice, Be Active, Keep Learning, Connect and Give.

Our BEST Wellbeing Week programmes:

Primary students will follow a series of daily activities using their Wellbeing Week Booklet. Simply choose one activity each day and colour in the star once completed! Parents can join in too!

Secondary students will be discussing the daily themes and their chosen wellbeing activities in class – find the resource here to access the themes and activities.

Staff

Staff are not forgotten - our schools are each running their own individual staff wellbeing programme throughout the week.

Please follow our social media channels through Wellbeing Week to see what's happening.
