BEST Wellbeing Week June 2026

BEST is celebrating World Wellbeing Week by inviting all of its schools to take part in 5 days of wellbeing activities, from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th June. Our students, staff and parents are all encouraged to get involved!

We will be following the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ model: Notice, Be Active, Keep Learning, Connect and Give.

Our BEST Wellbeing Week programmes:

Primary students will follow a series of daily activities using their Wellbeing Week Booklet. Simply choose one activity each day and colour in the star once completed! Parents can join in too!

Secondary students will be discussing the daily themes and their chosen wellbeing activities in class – find the resource here to access the themes and activities.

Staff

Are staff are involved in wellbeing week too! Each of our schools are running their own individual staff wellbeing programmes throughout the week, with a huge variety of activities and events to help support and promote staff wellbeing.
